This is actually pretty upsetting. Aetna is impossible to work with and there is no where to find what specific things are actually covered. You need referrals for everything. The deductibles are astronomically high. This is the reason Dave and I switched from his insurance to mine in the first place!
Dave and I need to talk over the options, as they want us to make a decision by this Monday.
This is ridiculously frustrating. All I want is an insurance that will help me stay healthy with good customer service. Feeling back to square one today.
